109 Moray Street

Our client was tendering for 109 Moray Street, a 6 storey commercial office who's project involves a staggered concrete pour zone for each level to be built simultaneously to tight construction deadlines.

Using 3D imagery and 4D construction sequencing animation, our client accurately captured the build sequence and could validate their forecasted schedule against the BIM building information model. Also, they easily showcase their innovative use of foam form-work to create the concave floor slab edge architectural feature.

With these images and videos, they efficiently communicated their key strategic advantage in pre-building the 6 levels and perfected the slab edge detailing. The selection panel was highly impressed, especially as they showed time and cost savings to the key stakeholders.
