RA&HS Basketball Centre

Our client was tendering for RA&HS Basketball Centre, a new state basketball center in Adelaide with a total of 4 courts including a show court capable of hosting 1600 people for events. The construction of the sports facility will be built in 4 staging zones (Zone 1, Zone 2 & Grid 1-7 and Grid 7-8).

Using 3D imagery and 4D construction sequencing animations, our client was able to communicate the traffic control management via a public carparking with a contractor and public shared access gate. One of the key aspects of the project was to highlight Grid J structural precast wall erection as a critical milestone. Our client was able to clearly show Grid J works as well as the construction sequencing of the 4 staging zones in an easy-to-understand manner.

With these images and videos, they were able to establish themselves as experts in construction and shown a high level of attention to the main construction works as well as sports fit-out works. In the end, the selection panel and key stakeholders are highly impressed by the level of effort, the ‘wow factor’ and what our client has to offer.
